Lovely building and rooms for family 3 quuen beds. The pool area is clean too. Everything very good. The best location close to restaurants, in the shopping area.

Got a nice size and beautifully maintained room with 1 king bed as expected, really enjoyed it. There were climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel television, which was great.

We got sumptuous breakfasts especially for the Chinese taste. The staff were friendly, and the room was newly remodelled with large bed. Besides, the location was the best for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Mytown.

Booked a room with bathtub. Also, location was strategic and comfy, relatively close to a shopping mall.

Had rather limited breakfast, it might definitely be improved.

The hotel with a nice size rooms, in a shopping area, in place. A private safe, multi-channel TV and a fridge in the room and the comfortable bed. Central location, just a short stroll away from Mytown Shopping Centre.

The location was central, convenient to the shopping area. The breakfasts especially for the Chinese taste.

The hotel has huge and recently refurbished rooms with PROPER CHAIR and bathtub and comfy bed. Sumptuous and great breakfast with a good food is available.

The place is newly renovated, the staff are polite.

Huge neat rooms, they are provided with double queen size beds as well as a bath tub. It offers good services. The location is great and the best, 1 mile from Icc Pudu.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be impressively clean. The facilities were well-maintained, and I was pleased to find that there was ample parking available. Additionally, the location was fantastic, as it was close to everything, including the nearby shopping center and the business area I wanted to be in.

The hotel staff are relatively very friendly and try their best to give good service to guests. The hotel is very suitable for those who have very tight budget. The hotel is always kept clean and the toilets though small is very clean. Ample toiletries are provided and housekeeping done regularly. The room is spacious , suits guests who have tight budget.Worth the money spent on a 3 star Hotel. Furnitures in the hotel are relatively new and TV functioning well. Food for breakfast is ok. Nearby, Jusco, provide ample choices for food and shopping. Fast food outlets like Mc Donald, KFC and also Pizza Hut are also nearby.There is hourly shuttle service to city centre in a form of a van provided to guests.

Not that accessible to city if you do not have your own transport. The surrounding environment is not encouraging, with shophouses and unkempt surrounding make it a bit unsightly.

The bed is comfortable and room clean.

Reception staff quite slow, wifi connection very bad. Price is quite on the high side.

The hotel's location was perfect. It was so close to Jalan Alor, which was one of the places I really wanted to visit during my stay in Kuala Lumpur. There were plenty of restaurant options nearby, like Caffe Bene, which was just a 5-minute walk away. The best part was that the hotel provided free Wi-Fi, and it worked perfectly throughout my stay.

Everything was simply good. The hotel was clean with spacious and very affordable rooms and courteous staff. The room was excellent and with very comfy beds...

We changed our reservation from 5 nights, to 2 nights due to the severe lack of cleanliness in this hotel. There were stains on the towels, bathroom was leaking, linens and room had foul smell, stemware was sticky and uncleaned, etc We would not recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel again. We felt as if it deserved 0 stars,
